Every Penny Counts

This listing is for the brand new collection merging history with present days, and it is all thanks to my Grandfather.

All pieces are hand made by me in my studio in Gothenburg, Sweden. 

Size: Universal size. 

Necklace lenght/style: choker 

Colours & materials: Metal base (soldered for durability) painted in gold and adorned with seven genuine vintage Swedish coins (ören) from the 1960's, and vintage AB glass crystal chains. 

Closes with a chain or velvet ribbon (included).

The choker is made to be comfortable and is thus both slightly padded and lined. The padding is made of vintage, high quality trims which is silky and nice towards the skin.

Sustainability footprint: 80% repurposed materials (the coins, crystal chains and lining)

Curiousity: We can thank my grandfather Robert for this collection. He was a a sailor in his youth and begun collecting coins during his travels. A few months ago I found a large bag of his coins, stashed away in an old jar in my parents' basement. The rest is history.
